Francisco Noguera
President – iNNpulsa
Francisco serves as CEO at iNNpulsa Colombia, the Government’s entrepreneurship and innovation agency. Prior to this role, Francisco led iNNpulsa’s communications, partnerships and all efforts related to ecosystem building.
Prior to iNNpulsa, Francisco held several positions related to innovation, entrepreneurship and cross-sector partnerships. He led Ecopetrol’s social investment unit, was the first director of the Social Innovation Lab at Compartamos con Colombia, and worked with the World Resources Institute. He has led consulting engagements with private and public institutions, including Open Society Foundations, Aspen Institute, CAF, the World Bank Group, UNDP and Colombia’s Network of Family and Enterprise Foundations.
Francisco is a co-founder at Futuros Posibles, a content production platform producing podcasts that cover sustainable development themes.
Francisco is a Rockefeller Foundation Social Innovation Fellow. He holds an MPA from Columbia University, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.
