Professional in Finance and International Relations and Specialist in Transnational Business from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, master’s degree in International Public Administration from the French National School of Administration; Professor at the Universidad Externado de Colombia, with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of public policies, cooperation, decentralization, land use planning and development with cultural identity. He has been an advisor in the public and private sectors and an advisor to the United Nations. He currently serves as director of the Afro Cultural Assets Foundation – ACUA.
