Juan Carlos Martínez

Martínez is an engineer graduated from the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia (UPTC) with a specialization in Development Projects from the Higher School of Public Administration (ESAP). He has a long career in the areas of Planning and Territorial development and also has more than 20 years contributing to the educational sector in entities such as the Ministry of Education, leading the areas of Coverage, Planning and rural education; he was Secretary of Education. He has also been an advisor at ICFES, the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University and a university professor.
